PAYROLL-CONTROL allows you to capture your payroll data for use in any spreadsheet. Using your PC, you can view, select and retrieve payroll data from the DM Payroll Services computer in a spreadsheet-ready file. Your options are practically limitless for creating custom management, accounting, insurance, or human resource reports.
Here’s how it works. Using your PC and a high-speed modem, you have direct, on-line access to your company’s payroll data. Pick as few or any many data fields for the report you need and put them in the order you want. DM Payroll Services PAYROLL-CONTROL® system extracts that data from your payroll records, creates a worksheet file and downloads it back to your PC. Simply open the file from your spreadsheet program, do any desired manipulation, and your report is ready. No more transcribing and rearranging columns of figures from standard reports.
 Nothing new to learn. Our systems creates Excel®-ready (xls) files; no parsing or formatting is required. These files can be read by all popular spreadsheet software, including Lotus 1-2-3® and Symphony®, Microsoft Excel®, and Ashton-Tate® d-BASE®. There’s no new or complicated report-writer software to learn.
Save multiple report configurations. You can create up to 999 different configuration fields, each containing any number of data fields from the employee master file, in any order. The PAYROLL-CONTROL® system saves your files for future use. When you want a report of the latest data, simply choose the configuration best suited to your current need. You can set up new configurations or revise existing ones any time.
Create reports any time. Our system is up and running around the clock, so you can retrieve your data any time of the day, any day of the year. In addition, PAYROLL-CONTROL® allows you to enter transmittals and update employee masters directly on our system, giving you complete control over your payroll data.
