MICROSOFT ACCESS® REPORTING FEATURES

Are you laboriously compiling payroll and HRIS data for your own custom reports each month? Wouldn’t you like to automate that task? DM Payroll Services offers an easy solution by downloading payroll and human resource data into Microsoft Access®.

Our interface allows you to download your payroll and HRIS data into a Microsoft Access® tables whereby you can create custom management, accounting, insurance, or human resource reports.

Here’s how it works. Using your PC and a high-speed modem, you have direct, on-line access to your company’s payroll and HRIS data. Through a menu of options you can select the type of information desired. Our interface extracts that data from your payroll and/or HRIS records and downloads it into a Microsoft Access® table. You simply open your database, locate the appropriate table, and create a customized report based upon that table. You can print the report over and over again with current information without having to go through the set up phase.

Create reports any time. Our system is up and running around the clock, so you can retrieve your data any time of the day, any day of the year. This allows you to have complete control of your time and payroll records.
