GENERAL LEDGER

By utilizing these reports, employers can reduce the amount of time, labor and paperwork spent preparing their general ledger.
Month End Journal Report
DM Payroll Services month end journal report organizes payroll data specifically for entry in your general ledger. Our system compiles the month’s payroll figures by GL account number, then prints the report. You simply need to transfer the totals from the printout to your journal accounts. There’s no more adding up numbers from several different places. We customize the report to fit your organization’s needs, and even enter all your account numbers with their corresponding descriptions. Once the set up process is complete, you’ll receive the report automatically with each payroll and at month end.
Monthly Transaction Summary
One of the most useful reports DM Payroll Services provides is our Monthly Transaction Summary. This standard report provides a thorough analysis of the month’s payrolls, then summarizes the statistics by a series of categories. If you’ve ever manually accumulated monthly totals, you know what a time saver this report can be. If you need gross pay figures, the Monthly Transaction Summary has them. Not only gross wages, but FICA, SUI and FUTA taxable wages too. All totaled for each department and location as well as the company as a whole. If you want to know how much vacation or sick time an employee has taken, the report provides the hours and wages by department, location and company. Additionally, you receive summaries for state and city gross, gross to net and deductions. The report provides a monthly total and sub-totals for all check dates for each category.
