DM Payroll Services customer service representatives can monitor the actions of a client logged on to one of its servers by remotely controlling the users session.  The remote control function allows us to observe or actively control our client’s payroll processing session.  When we are actively controlling a users session, we are able to input keyboard and mouse actions to assist our clients through the most complicated of situations.
