Automated payroll deposit is an attractive option to employers in that you can have the benefits of EFT and offer tremendous flexibility to your employees.  Our system accommodates up to 18 deposits for a single employee paycheck to any account at most financial institutions.

Direct deposit is ideal for multi-state employers as well. Employees that utilize EFT payroll eliminate holds that banks place on checks issued from another state.  

DM Payroll Services creates EFT deposits as a byproduct of processing payroll. We forward EFT amounts by file transfer to designated banks and the banks send payroll deposit data electronically to employee financial institutions.  We provide you with an EFT report detailing each deposit made, including the destination bank’s routing and transit number, along with the employee’s account number.
