EMPLOYEE STATUS
Through various employment laws (i.e., FLSA, EEO, Affirmative Action, I-9 Verification, etc.), organizations are required to keep up to date status related records.
DM Payroll Services has developed a system that tracks this employee status data on a company-wide and individual employee basis. The system provides a means for analyzing the various governmentally regulated information such as EEO, Affirmative Action, FLSA, I-9, VISA, veteran status, disability; job categories and job titles; employment status including termination codes and descriptions; emergency contacts; benefit eligibility dates; grade levels and salary/hourly rates; seniority and supervisory status - just to name a few.
