LEAVE TIME
Most employers offer indirect financial benefits and services to employees in addition to direct financial compensation. These benefits can come in various forms, one of which is leave time (i.e., paid vacation, sick and holiday time; breaks, lunch periods, etc.).
DM Payroll Services has developed a system that tracks this employee leave time data on a company-wide and individual employee basis. The system provides a means for analyzing various types of leave, reasons for leave and the amount of time taken. In addition, the system’s ability to track attendance (i.e., absences, lateness, tardiness, etc.) alleviates the time consuming administrative process which is becoming more complex.
