UNION AFFILIATION
 Labor relations is a continuous relationship between a defined group of employees (represented by a union) and an employer. Cooperation between employer and union can make management more effective and unions more cost conscious. Therefore, it is important that employers maintain accurate collective bargaining records and resolve issues as effectively as possible.
DM Payroll Services has developed a system that tracks this union affiliation data on a company-wide and individual employee basis. The system provides a means for analyzing union names and types, contract effective and expiration dates including negotiation dates, and grievance and resolution issues.
