WELLNESS HISTORY
 A major change occurring in the workplace is how employees view the quality of their work life. The environment and employee demographics are changing and employees are concerned about their well being while on the job. Consequently, employers have taken an interest in helping employees satisfy their needs and goals through the development of wellness programs.
DM Payroll Services has developed a system that tracks this employee wellness data on a company-wide and individual employee basis. The system provides a means for analyzing physical examination and drug testing dates, types and results, general health including blood types, eligibility dates, height, weight, chronic conditions, allergies, wellness programs, etc.
