WORKERS’ COMPENSATION / OSHA
Through enactment of various safety and health laws (i.e., Occupational Safety and Health Act, Workers’ Disability Compensation Act, etc.), employers are required to report work related injuries. As workers’ compensation costs continue to rise, employers are adding these costs to their budgets. Consequently, organizations with accurate and detailed records have lower rates of lost work time, reduced costs, and less attorney involvement in their workers’ compensation claims.
DM Payroll Services has developed a system that tracks this employee workers’ compensation and OSHA data on a company-wide and individual employee basis. The system provides a means for analyzing accident and reported dates, injury types, object and body part types, employee deaths, medical fees, physician and hospital data, case and claim numbers, case filed/closed dates, etc. You even have the ability to print the required OSHA 101 form and various state workers’ compensation forms.
