Our capital investment in state-of-the-art computer systems, plus related equipment and software programs, enables us to perform payroll functions for more than 2,000 clients ranging in size from 1 to 10,000 employees in all fifty states. We operate with a front-end Microsoft network load-balancing (NLB) environment utilizing Windows 2000 Advanced Server operating systems. This environment integrates with our Microsoft clustered disk storage environment to provide the necessary redundancy and up time one expects of a leader in the payroll processing industry. We have appropriate back up systems in place at all times and retain client historical data for seven years.
One of the many advantages of DM Payroll Services is our true on-line service. Our clients are connected to our system via the internet giving them “24/7” on-line access from anywhere in the world. This approach allows our on-line service to be continuously updated. Therefore, any programming changes are made instantaneously. There’s no need for updates or patches.
